• 「明明人和車都看到了,怎麼還是一直衝?」不是他故意要衝,是那一刻,他的動作「不正常」。而我們的AI,就是抓到這個「不正常的瞬間」。

實證研究支撐: • **美國國家交通安全局(NHTSA)**曾發表報告指出,多數車禍中錯踩油門的情形,與駕駛者緊張、驚慌有關,特別是年長者或新手 「開車時人在緊張時明明要踩煞車,卻踩了油門」,這種現象在醫學與神經科學中有明確的解釋,屬於**「壓力誘發的動作錯亂(action disinhibition or motor error under stress)」**,以下是專業解釋: 1. 壓力下「前額葉皮質功能下降」:理性控制力減弱 • **前額葉皮質(Prefrontal Cortex)**是大腦負責計劃、決策與控制動作的區域。 • 高壓(例如緊張、驚嚇)時,杏仁核(Amygdala)啟動「戰或逃反應」,大腦會資源轉移到處理生存危機的系統。 • 這會抑制前額葉功能,導致本來「清楚知道要踩煞車」的想法無法有效傳達成動作指令。 2. 動作選擇混淆(Motor Program Conflict):肌肉記憶混亂 • 腳踩油門或煞車屬於熟練的程序性記憶(Procedural Memory),通常由小腦和基底核控制。 • 在壓力或突發情況下,身體會自動執行最常用的動作(可能是踩油門),大腦優先啟動「熟悉但錯誤的反射」,導致反應錯位。 3. 知覺動作解離(Perception-Action Dissociation):感知與反應不同步 • 緊張會影響大腦「視覺處理區(occipital lobe)」與「運動皮質(motor cortex)」的協調。 • 即使眼睛看到危險、意識知道要煞車,感知訊號與動作指令不同步或錯亂,可能導致動作方向相反。 4. 動作誤踩與自動化行為錯誤(Slips of Action under Cognitive Load) • 壓力會提高「認知負荷(Cognitive Load)」,當大腦忙於處理壓力時,容易出現「習慣性錯誤行為」(例如常踩油門時錯把油門當煞車)。 • 這種錯誤屬於「習慣系統(Habitual System)勝過目標導向系統(Goal-directed System)」。 * 腎上腺素(Adrenaline)的角色: 腎上腺素(又稱epinephrine)是壓力荷爾蒙之一,當人感到緊張、害怕或驚嚇時,由腎上腺髓質迅速釋放進入血液,引發「戰或逃反應(fight or flight response)」,其影響如下: 1. 刺激交感神經系統(SNS)啟動自動化反應 • 增加心跳、血壓與呼吸速率 • 提高肌肉張力與反射反應速度 • 減少對「高層認知功能」的資源投入,導致大腦控制行為的能力下降(如踩錯踏板) 2. 抑制前額葉皮質,削弱理性與動作控制 • 前額葉掌管行動決策與抑制錯誤行為,但腎上腺素激增時,這個區域會受到壓制。 • 結果是你明知道要煞車,但身體卻錯踩油門,因為反射動作主導了行為。 3. 強化杏仁核(Amygdala)活性,讓情緒反應主導行為 • 腎上腺素提升杏仁核活動,使人極度焦慮、驚慌。 • 這會讓人無法冷靜判斷、也無法準確控制動作,出現動作錯誤或「當機」反應。 是與腎上腺素密切相關,腎上腺素是造成緊張時「想的跟做的不一樣」的生理根源之一。 簡單總結: 在壓力下: • 腎上腺素飆升 → 交感神經系統過度活化 • 前額葉(理性)功能下降 → 無法有效下達正確行動命令 • 杏仁核(情緒)主導行為 → 易驚慌、錯誤反應 • 熟練但錯誤的自動化動作(如踩油門)被激活 → 出現動作與意圖不一致。
